Breakthrough Development (Pty) Ltd is a proudly South African, African-owned and managed leadership and management consulting firm providing managerial and leadership development services.

Established in 2000 to enhance people performance by developing business networks, Breakthrough Development offers comprehensive and cost-effective business strategy, managerial leadership development and diverse human capital/human resources processes specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals and teams in medium to large organisations.

We tailor our services to complement existing programmes and services and offer a complete human capital/human resources function.

How we work...

We believe all people are born highly capable, not to be ordinary but to shine and outshine, to lead and reach their destiny. Leadership skills can be learned. Deliberate focus and appropriate nurturing and guidance can produce outstanding results and turn “disasters into superstars”. We consult on and assess the specific needs of our clients, and work with them to co-create solutions that address their needs.
